I found my dream car Here,but couldn't get financed. They pointed me in the right direction even though it didn't benefit them. I got the financing and got the car I wanted. You won't be disappointed.

First of all I would like to say I absolutely love the car I purchased! I dealt with Nick as my sales person and he was very friendly and quick to respond . In the end I had a few issues with my sales person but the owner of the dealership stepped in and couldn't have been more kind, honest, and h...elpful . I inquired about this car through an online ad. Nick responded promptly and helped me walk through the car's condition, because I was an out of state buyer. Nick described the condition of the vehicle and was upfront about price and condition. When I arrived in Chicago, Nick picked me up from the a...irport and took me back to the dealership. The car was in the same condition and described on the website and by Nick on the phone. We completed the test drive and bought the vehicle within an hour or two. We drove in from Iowa to check out a camaro and traded our's in on it. Nick and Barry worked together to accomplish a smooth, timely deal. We talked to Nick on the phone prior to coming and when we arrived early Barry kept everything moving along. They worked with us to swap out the tires, the camar...o we were buying had ones that were much more worn. This saved us money! We greatly appreciated that! Everyone was very helpful. Show more

I had been looking all over for my Infiniti, and initialy intended to purchase it from an Infiniti dealer. I had terrible customer service at several Infiniti dealerships, and I had no desire to purchase from them. Greater Chicago Motors had the exact vehicle I was looking for, and Nick was great ...to work with. He made the purchase easy and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted with my purchase. I had a minor issue with the vehicle shortly after I brought it home and Nick made sure to take care of it for me.
