My husband and I had been shopping for over 7 months to find a reliable, mid- mileage Land Rover. We had previously worked with 2 other dealerships in the Chicagoland area. What we found was photo shopped photos, cleaned up engine compartments, and broken trade- agreements when we arrived at the dea...lerships. I had my hesitations when contacting Greater Chicago Motorcars about a vehicle they had in their inventory. We're not millionaire's, and didn't have 6 figures to spend. But we were treated as if we had, by Brent and Barry. The entire transaction was seamless. Brent and my husband negotiated 2-3 times over the phone and e- mail. Brent's responses were expedited and professional. Before we made the 90 minute trek downtown, Brent called us 2 additional times personally, and sent e- mail confirmation on the entire deal. There were NO surprise's, no additional paperwork, and no hidden increases in down payment. We ere in and out of the dealership within an hour, including test drive. As a result of paying off all credit cards about 8 years ago, I knew financing would be tricky= I have No credit! However, the finance manager actually took the time, reviewed my credit report, and gave me some great feedback about how to quickly built good credit for myself. He didn't make me feel bad, or that I wasn't worth of driving and owning an exceptional vehicle. I now get to drive the car of my dreams, with a relatively small loan term, and am building good credit all because of the partnership of this dealership. What other car dealer has EVER made you feel this way? Brent even texted me on the way home to ensure that I felt good about the deal, and to make sure I loved my Range Rover!! When we are in the car market again, we will Definitely be working again with this dealership!! The no- hassle, and professionalism does not go un-noticed! Barry was excellent when it came to selling me my vehicle and getting me to walk out with what I wanted. He was very perfessional and had a very strong work ethic. He worked with me all the way to the end to get me the best possible deal. If your looking to purchased a vehicle Barry is the guy to go... to. Out of a scale of 1 to 10 he was a 20. I called about a used Mercedes convertible and spoke with Demetri. He took the time to look over the car before I made a rather long drive to the dealership. He described the cars condition in detail and I was very pleased when I arrived to find out he was very truthful and accurate in his descripti...on. Our test drive went fine and I bought the car the same day. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership the low coolant light came on in her car and the serviced that for her at no charge right away. I purchased a Bentley from here and it was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. The pictures online were exactly how the car was presented in the showroom!! Barry and Mark were great to work with on the phone and also in person. They were very professional and honest throughout the enti...re process of buying the car. My wife and I were looking for a white 2014 Infiniti QX60 with "Java" (brown) interior...which, apparently, is a fairly uncommon combination. Barry had posted one with low-mileage (under 3,000) on several websites which caught my attention. Barry, Chad, and Rich all helped me through the process ...of purchasing a car from 300 miles away...sight unseen...including encouraging me to have a 3rd party verify the current condition of the car. The entire process took less than a week from first contact to delivery of the car to my front door. All 3 were professional, friendly, and helpful, and they wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied. They lived up to their commitments, the car is beautiful (like new), and we would recommend them for anyone searching for a high-end vehicle...whether in person or online! Show more

very friendly sales person -Mark.. Purchase ml-350 on Saturday 6/28/2014 drove it home to Michigan and engine light came on. I immediately called dealership and Barry sprung into action. I travelled in from out of state with the intent of test driving and hopefully purchasing a new car. When landing at the airport, Demitri had a car waiting to pick me up at the airport to drive me to the dealership. Once arriving at the dealership, the car I wanted to see was already pulled out re...ady to drive. I walked around the whole warehouse and looked at various cars - all were very clean and well taken care of. There was no hassle in test driving the car and both Demitri and Barry insisted on driving it until I was comfortable with it. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, completing the paper work was easy. The overall experience was simple, no hassle, and they were very friendly and eager to answer questions and help. And, more importantly, I think they do a good job in identifying and bringing into their inventory high quality used cars - clean CarFax, exterior paint and interiors in great condition.
