Our experience with GCM was nothing but excellent. We agreed on numbers for the purchase price of their vehicle and the trade in value of mine over the phone prior to making the trip there. We drove 8 hours to trade in our q7 on another q7, even putting a deposit on the car to make sure it wasn't ...sold. The car was everything we had expected but once we were there we fell in love with a bmw x5. They made the switch without any problems and even bought us chicago style hot dogs for lunch. Dimetri was out salesman and did a terrific job and everyone else was down to earth and professional at the same time. Overall we couldn't be happier and will come back for more vehicles in the future. Show more

Smooth transaction from start to finish. I saw a car I was looking for pop up on Greater Chicago Motors website. I immediately went over to check it out. I received a fair price for my trade and drove off with my new car shortly after.. I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to get something else w...hich I'm sure will be soon! Show more

I worked with Mark Reed from start to finish and he was always straight with me and worked with me buying my dream car ( 2008 yellow tint coat Z06 Corvette). I drove my 2008 corvette Z51 all the way from Baton Rouge LA and traded it to them and it went so smoothly. The Z06 was absolutely beautiful ...and exactly how the dealership and Mark described it. I love the Z06. This company is a AAA+ establishment and I would heavy recommend buying from them. Also ask for Mark Reed because he is a class act gentleman and was very helpful and friendly in my buying experience. I had been looking for a gt500 for awhile and found this one online from Chicago motors. I gave them a call and dealt with the owner Sam. He told me the car was a 10 out of 10. I flew in from the airport where they sent a car to pick me up and bring me straight to their shop, the car was exactly how... sam had described it to me a 10 out of 10. I had all the paper work done and was out the door with my dream car in about 30min. I couldn't be any happier with the experience, I recommend greater chicago motors to anyone looking for their dream car. Show more

I was in search of a particular Audi model and ended up talking to Demetri Anastopoulos several times. I rarely write reviews...However discussions with other dealers, all over the country, made Demitri stand out as professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was not overbearing, and also provide...d some educational insight as to what I was searching for. I am a busy guy and contact times and follow ups were prompt and reliable. My husband and I had been shopping for over 7 months to find a reliable, mid- mileage Land Rover. We had previously worked with 2 other dealerships in the Chicagoland area. What we found was photo shopped photos, cleaned up engine compartments, and broken trade- agreements when we arrived at the dea...lerships. I had my hesitations when contacting Greater Chicago Motorcars about a vehicle they had in their inventory. We're not millionaire's, and didn't have 6 figures to spend. But we were treated as if we had, by Brent and Barry. The entire transaction was seamless. Brent and my husband negotiated 2-3 times over the phone and e- mail. Brent's responses were expedited and professional. Before we made the 90 minute trek downtown, Brent called us 2 additional times personally, and sent e- mail confirmation on the entire deal. There were NO surprise's, no additional paperwork, and no hidden increases in down payment. We ere in and out of the dealership within an hour, including test drive. As a result of paying off all credit cards about 8 years ago, I knew financing would be tricky= I have No credit! However, the finance manager actually took the time, reviewed my credit report, and gave me some great feedback about how to quickly built good credit for myself. He didn't make me feel bad, or that I wasn't worth of driving and owning an exceptional vehicle. I now get to drive the car of my dreams, with a relatively small loan term, and am building good credit all because of the partnership of this dealership. What other car dealer has EVER made you feel this way? Brent even texted me on the way home to ensure that I felt good about the deal, and to make sure I loved my Range Rover!! When we are in the car market again, we will Definitely be working again with this dealership!! The no- hassle, and professionalism does not go un-noticed! Barry was excellent when it came to selling me my vehicle and getting me to walk out with what I wanted. He was very perfessional and had a very strong work ethic. He worked with me all the way to the end to get me the best possible deal. If your looking to purchased a vehicle Barry is the guy to go... to. Out of a scale of 1 to 10 he was a 20. I called about a used Mercedes convertible and spoke with Demetri. He took the time to look over the car before I made a rather long drive to the dealership. He described the cars condition in detail and I was very pleased when I arrived to find out he was very truthful and accurate in his descripti...on. Our test drive went fine and I bought the car the same day. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership the low coolant light came on in her car and the serviced that for her at no charge right away.
