What a wonderful experience! We purchased a 2006 BMW M6 online site unseen. This was our first time buying a car without seeing it in person. We were nervous about the purchase; however, the car was as advertised. We immediately took the car to our local BMW dealer for a pre purchase inspection ...and it came back with perfect report. The service manager told us that the car was very well taken care of. We dealt with Casey the general manager personally on our transaction. We were very upside down on our trade and he came back with an excellent trade value. We had a specific number that we needed to be at and Casey made it happen (shipping included). The car was shipped in a timely manner in an excellent condition. Casey's response time to emails and phone calls were superb. He was easy to talk with and very much the professional. Overall, everyone at the dealership was courteous and friendly, a joy to deal with. We will be in the market for another BMW soon and Chicago Greater Motors will be the first place we will look. We highly recommend this dealership whether shopping in person or online. If you have any apprehension of buying a car online site unseen, this is the place to do it! Love this place. Casey helped me make an excellent decision on a used Audi Q7 and I couldn't be any happier. You could drive fifty miles in any direction and still not have an easier time finding the right car at the right price. This model for selling and buying cars works. Lots of different style... luxury autos to choose from and already discounted prices! There is no desperation or heavy sell techniques like you experience at ALL the new car dealerships. I recommend this place highly. Show more

I just bought a used BMW from Sam (the owner), I couldn't have been happier with the experience. It started with a great low pressure greeting, then after I asked about a car he asked if I wanted to drive it even though it was parked in by 3 cars, he had his team pull it out in minutes. The buying... process was great and no hassle. He promised a few things that he would do the week after the sale and they actually did everything! I wish there were more stars I could give this place. I'd buy from them again and again and plan to use them for service as long as I can! Show more

This was a wonderful experience. I was a bit skeptical because I had never bought a car out of state and had never bought a car without seeing and test driving it first, so this was a trust move on my part to trust that what the dealer was saying about the car and the pictures the dealer presented o...f the car were not a misrepresentation of the car. This dealer did not betray that trust, but rather proved that everything they said about the car and how they presented the car was absolutely accurate and if anything an understatement of the quality of the vehicle. I bought a 2008 Maseerati QP Executive GT from Greater Chicago Motors and the car was so beautiful when it arrived (in and out) that I could barely sleep for the excitement of knowing it was downstairs in my garage. I was at first skeptical about buying a 4 year old car (I have always bought new), but the car is in such great condition in and out that it's basically new - the low miles evidently weren't false because this car is in pristine condition despite being 4 years old. This was a WONDERFUL experience and I DO plan on buying my next exotic from Casey and crew at Greater Chicago Motors. Side note - the car is a BEAST! Show more

I've had a succesful shopping experience and appreciate the help of Casey Dobczyk who assisted me in picking out two gorgeous cars, and of course, gave me a very nice deal at the same time. You hear so many bad stories about the experiences people have with purchasing over the internet. Case...y's professional knowledge made me feel confident and comfortable with the decision to purchase from him (most importantly, my wife was happy with the decision). My experience was very good. I dealt with Casey. He accommodated my busy schedule and orchestrated the transaction seamlessly. He was not pushy or "salesy" like most car salesmen. I purchased a used Audi and traded in a BMW. He has a very nice selection of upscale cars in his showroom and had the ex...act car I was looking for. Show more

Overall, This dealer was easy to work with for a transaction that was long distance and involved family passing through Chicago to pick up the vehicle. The price was reduced to move the vehicle and generally, the purchase transaction and vehicle pickup schedule worked out pretty well.

I'm very happy to have purchased my vehicle here and will look here for all future purchases. Josh and Casey were more than helpful, knowledgable, and personable than any other dealership I've been too. I was amazed at the customer service they showed and were flexible and accomodating to my needs.... They truly took care of me and it gave me a feeling that I've neve experienced from a dealer before. Casey, stuck with the sale. I got a call a week after my visit and he made it clear that the dealer really wanted my business. The purchase process could have been a little quicker due to their finance department being in another building but all in all it was relatively painless.
