My experience was very good. I dealt with Casey. He accommodated my busy schedule and orchestrated the transaction seamlessly. He was not pushy or "salesy" like most car salesmen. I purchased a used Audi and traded in a BMW. He has a very nice selection of upscale cars in his showroom and had the ex...act car I was looking for. Show more

I'm very happy to have purchased my vehicle here and will look here for all future purchases. Josh and Casey were more than helpful, knowledgable, and personable than any other dealership I've been too. I was amazed at the customer service they showed and were flexible and accomodating to my needs.... They truly took care of me and it gave me a feeling that I've neve experienced from a dealer before. My husband and I have been in the market to buy a very specific jeep for the last 6 months. We did tons of research and went to several dealerships. Through the process we discovered that they no longer make the color my heart has been set on for 5 years and quite honestly, I am just not willing t...o pay that much for a brand new vehicle. Randomly my husband came across an ad for EXACTLY everything we were looking for. After placing several calls to Josh and Casey we decided to finally take a trip down to Greater Chicago Motors. It was a long day but that was only due to my husband hammering Casey to death. My husband had a million and one questions and naturally felt insistent on trying to get a better deal. With every question my husband asked, Casey not only answered, but answered with complete confidence and detail. Explaining bit by bit the whys and hows. My husband knows his cars and much to his disappointment, so did Casey. He was thorough and honest. He even took the time to sit and do research on the computer with my husband to prove his point. In the end Casey was right on the money. He had a GREAT car priced at a GREAT value! In the end we were able to leave as happy new auto owners. From beginning to end we were treated like royalty by everyone in the store. Whatever we needed they made it happen. We went in there knowing we were preapproved for a loan. They even went as far as matching the loan. Even better was being able to drive away with the registration and plates already on the vehicle. My husband dreams of an Escalade some day and I have a feeling we will be visiting Casey again in the next couple of years! Show more

I have been in the brokerage business for 25 years and understand just what customer service is all about. I was referred to Casey by my nephew who had purchased a car from him. I will say that dealing with Casey was a pleasure. Finding a professional that really knows the car business saves v...aluable time and results in a hassle free car buying experience. I didn't have time for the run around and all I wanted was a fair deal. I got an exceptional deal on an Infinity Sedan and couldn't be happier. Shopping the internet you can find almost anything. But your always skeptical of what your actually getting. My experience with Greater Chicago Motors proves there are good guys out there. The car I purchased was exactly what was shown on the internet. After seeing the inventory it was very hard to ...make my decision on what car I wanted! I stayed with the black corvette they advertised and I could not be any happier. The sales staff were a true pleasure to do business with. I would recommend purchasing any high end used vehicle from this dealer. I would definitely buy from them again! I am truly a satisfied customer. Show more

Great Service: Josh kept in touch via cell phone as our flight was delayed a half hour and shuttled us to & from the airport in a professional manner. Casey was a professional & personable salesperson. Chad did not try a hard sell on the extended warranty, so I was pleasantly surprised there was n...o pressure there. Keisha was very pleasant on the phone & sent the paperwork in a timley manner as promised. The car was delivered promptly and with no damage. So the transaction went very smoothly. The only thing that prevented Excellent rating all around: A center hub for a rear trunk speaker was missing when we bought the car and was supposed to have been installed--but, alas--it wasn't. When the car was delivered to my house, it had no gas--and actually ran out gas in my driveway. I had to go get gas in a can so we could then drive it to the gas station. Would have been nice if there was *some* gas. Show more

We bought a 2008 MB S550. My husband and I had been looking for this model with a premium III pkg and specific color for months. Casey was great. We were surprised when we called at 11pm and he answered the phone. The price was right.

I drove in from out of town to purchase a used vehicle. I met with Casey who was very friendly and helpful. He took time out to ensure a minor glitch on my car was fixed at the dealers after I had purchased the car. Derick was kind enough to drive me back from the rental where I had to drop off the ...rental car I came in with. Chad in finance was also quite patient as we worked out the financial details. The environment was quite warm and friendly. Overall, I had a good experience and drove off quite satisfied with my purchase. I noticed on getting home that my car had no owners manual. I contacted Casey who promptly promised to mail me a new copy. It was quite interesting to be able to communicate freely with Casey via phone calls and text messages - found that quite helpful as he responded promptly. I had a good experience and would readily recommend Greater Chicago Motors. Show more
