If you are shopping for a nice luxory car greater Chicago is the place. I went on line looking for a Lexus. I liked the car on line so I made the approinment. I wanted to trade my car in, hoping they would give me a good price on my car. Well they gave me top dollar on my car and we made the de...al. Sam the owner was very kind to my wife and I. Casey the general manager was an act if his own. I understand why he is the general manager. He made us feel that we were in our home, it did not feel like I was buying a car. Truly I would buy a car from greater Chicago with my eyes closed that is how much I trust them. The only thing I beniefit from this reveiew is helping to spread the word about greater Chicago you will be 100% satisfied like I am. Show more

Fair, flexible and fast service! I've owned high-end, luxury vehicles since 1999, and I can confidently state that the team at Greater Chicago Motors has it right. They are patient and very reasonable when it comes to negotiations and unlike many of the dealers I've worked with in the past... they a...re honest. They fulfilled all promises made during the final transaction for the car. I would recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle work with this quality team. Show more

First, I found exactly the car I was looking for. After asking someone I know in Chicago to check it out for me, the report was the car was in pristine condition. That is when my frend met Casey. He said not only was the car great so was Casey. He turned out to be exectly right on both counts. ...I would highly recomend Greater Chicago Motors in everyway. Casey make the process of being a buyer that is not in Chicago easy and clear. Casey took care of everything including the shipping arrangements. What a wonderful experience! We purchased a 2006 BMW M6 online site unseen. This was our first time buying a car without seeing it in person. We were nervous about the purchase; however, the car was as advertised. We immediately took the car to our local BMW dealer for a pre purchase inspection ...and it came back with perfect report. The service manager told us that the car was very well taken care of. We dealt with Casey the general manager personally on our transaction. We were very upside down on our trade and he came back with an excellent trade value. We had a specific number that we needed to be at and Casey made it happen (shipping included). The car was shipped in a timely manner in an excellent condition. Casey's response time to emails and phone calls were superb. He was easy to talk with and very much the professional. Overall, everyone at the dealership was courteous and friendly, a joy to deal with. We will be in the market for another BMW soon and Chicago Greater Motors will be the first place we will look. We highly recommend this dealership whether shopping in person or online. If you have any apprehension of buying a car online site unseen, this is the place to do it! Love this place. Casey helped me make an excellent decision on a used Audi Q7 and I couldn't be any happier. You could drive fifty miles in any direction and still not have an easier time finding the right car at the right price. This model for selling and buying cars works. Lots of different style... luxury autos to choose from and already discounted prices! There is no desperation or heavy sell techniques like you experience at ALL the new car dealerships. I recommend this place highly. Show more

I just bought a used BMW from Sam (the owner), I couldn't have been happier with the experience. It started with a great low pressure greeting, then after I asked about a car he asked if I wanted to drive it even though it was parked in by 3 cars, he had his team pull it out in minutes. The buying... process was great and no hassle. He promised a few things that he would do the week after the sale and they actually did everything! I wish there were more stars I could give this place. I'd buy from them again and again and plan to use them for service as long as I can! Show more

This was a wonderful experience. I was a bit skeptical because I had never bought a car out of state and had never bought a car without seeing and test driving it first, so this was a trust move on my part to trust that what the dealer was saying about the car and the pictures the dealer presented o...f the car were not a misrepresentation of the car. This dealer did not betray that trust, but rather proved that everything they said about the car and how they presented the car was absolutely accurate and if anything an understatement of the quality of the vehicle. I bought a 2008 Maseerati QP Executive GT from Greater Chicago Motors and the car was so beautiful when it arrived (in and out) that I could barely sleep for the excitement of knowing it was downstairs in my garage. I was at first skeptical about buying a 4 year old car (I have always bought new), but the car is in such great condition in and out that it's basically new - the low miles evidently weren't false because this car is in pristine condition despite being 4 years old. This was a WONDERFUL experience and I DO plan on buying my next exotic from Casey and crew at Greater Chicago Motors. Side note - the car is a BEAST! Show more

I've had a succesful shopping experience and appreciate the help of Casey Dobczyk who assisted me in picking out two gorgeous cars, and of course, gave me a very nice deal at the same time. You hear so many bad stories about the experiences people have with purchasing over the internet.
