Searched high and low for the correct BMW 7 Series and Chicago Motors had it. After receipt, the expectations way far exceeded my personal expectations. The car is stunning and and the process was smooth. First purchase via the web. Casey and Nick made certain it will not be my last venture! This was our first visit to Chicago and Maciej offered advice as to where to stay so we could be close to the dealership. Maciej and Casey were great in the showroom and quickly made the few adjustments needed to the Corvette that we were buying. Rich actually drove us to our bank, waited for us, a...nd then drove us to the finance department for final paperwork. Chad professionally processed our paperwork and advised us on how an out-of-town purchase would transpire. Rich drove us back to the dealership for us to take possession of our car. Maciej even escorted us out of town to ensure we made it out okay. We could not have asked for better customer service especially in unfamiliar territory. Thank you again for this experience. All car buying experiences should be like this! I recently purchased a BMW335I from Greater Chicago Motors. After seeing the car online, I emailed the dealership. Nick returned my email immediately and answered all my questions. The next day after work, I stopped by and took a test drive. The ...vehicle was represented perfectly online and there were no surprises in person. Nick and Casey were honest, punctual, knowledgeable and efficient, they know they can't build a reputation on what they are GOING to do...they make it happen now. Mr. Mark Reed was most professional and helpful. Mr.Reed took time to find the Audi A8 that I eventually purchased. Mr.Reed also introduced the entire staff along with Mr. Casey. They made me feel very comfortable and were not pushy. The entire experience was outstanding.

Mark and Casey were great to work with. Everyone is very friendly, available and accommodating. Great selection of used luxury cars in fantastic shape to choose from. I highly recommend using this dealership if you are in the market for a well maintained, lightly driven used luxury car without payin...g over the top for them when brand new. Even the owners are easily accessible and friendly. Everyone there is very willing to make the customer happy. I will definitely return for future car needs, both repair and when purchasing again in the near future. Show more

Overall good deal. The car had a few more dings and issues than pictured in online listing and could have been more reflected in pricing, however I am still pleased with the service and support from this dealer.

Mark Reed and the other staff members I dealt with at Greater Chicago Motorworks were extremely pleasant and helpful. All pricing and details were up front and there were no surprises with the car I purchased or the car I traded once a value was agreed upon. I live about 5 hours from the dealershi...p and they were able to ship the car to me the same day I purchased it. They are very professional and every part of the transaction has been the easiest of my lifetime car buying. Show more

I saw the car on the Internet and called the dealership. Mark Reed answered the phone and we talked. There was one issue I had with the car and since I was in another state I had to trust that Mark would do what he said he would. I recently purchase a used car from Greater Chicago Motors. They have a nice inventory of luxury/ sport cars, only place in the city like this. Most of the cars are kept in a heated showroom and look to be professional detail as well. They offered me a very fair price on my trade, but I did pay up a... bit on their car. I worked with Nick who was a very nice guy, gave me great customer service, and respond quickly to my emails. Found a car online and called to see if it was available. I have bought cars online before and have had very good and very bad expierences. So i know what to look for. Nick was very helpfull and went the extra mile to email me some addtional photos since the photos online looked so good. Well the... photos he sent me were just as good as the ones online after I tried to get a discount (already knew they werent going to budge but I still had to try as a customer) Casey got on the phone and explained the process and more importantly truly put the final touch on making me feel comfortbale. The car showed up in jsut a fews which surprised me since most times I waited a few weeks to get my car. Everything went as promised and I was happy from A-Z. I read some of the reviews and being in sales myself I know you can not make everyone happy so I made my choice based on how I felt and it paid off. Thanks again Nick for getting me the car I wanted and let Casey know he did a great job seeing the process throught. I will be back and def send some bsuiness your guys way!
