Overall good deal. The car had a few more dings and issues than pictured in online listing and could have been more reflected in pricing, however I am still pleased with the service and support from this dealer.

Mark Reed and the other staff members I dealt with at Greater Chicago Motorworks were extremely pleasant and helpful. All pricing and details were up front and there were no surprises with the car I purchased or the car I traded once a value was agreed upon. I live about 5 hours from the dealershi...p and they were able to ship the car to me the same day I purchased it. They are very professional and every part of the transaction has been the easiest of my lifetime car buying. Show more

I saw the car on the Internet and called the dealership. Mark Reed answered the phone and we talked. There was one issue I had with the car and since I was in another state I had to trust that Mark would do what he said he would. When I arrived in Chicago to pick up my car he had had taken care of t...he issue and I was satisfied. I would recommend Greater Chicago Motors to my family and friends. Show more

I recently purchase a used car from Greater Chicago Motors. They have a nice inventory of luxury/ sport cars, only place in the city like this. Most of the cars are kept in a heated showroom and look to be professional detail as well. They offered me a very fair price on my trade, but I did pay up a... bit on their car. I worked with Nick who was a very nice guy, gave me great customer service, and respond quickly to my emails. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car that's going to stand out from the crowd. Thanks guys. Show more

Found a car online and called to see if it was available. I have bought cars online before and have had very good and very bad expierences. So i know what to look for. Nick was very helpfull and went the extra mile to email me some addtional photos since the photos online looked so good. Well the... photos he sent me were just as good as the ones online after I tried to get a discount (already knew they werent going to budge but I still had to try as a customer) Casey got on the phone and explained the process and more importantly truly put the final touch on making me feel comfortbale. The car showed up in jsut a fews which surprised me since most times I waited a few weeks to get my car. Everything went as promised and I was happy from A-Z. I read some of the reviews and being in sales myself I know you can not make everyone happy so I made my choice based on how I felt and it paid off. Thanks again Nick for getting me the car I wanted and let Casey know he did a great job seeing the process throught. I will be back and def send some bsuiness your guys way! The folks at Greater Chicago Motors were a pleasure to work with, especially Mark Reed. Mr. Reed offered a fresh approach to selling cars: friendly, confident however not pushy or overbearing. Moreover, Mr. Reed et al were patient; they seemed to not only understand but appreciate that purchasing... a used car can be a daunting task. Today was a great day! Thank you Greater Chicago Motors! My father and I have been looking for an Audi A6 for the past couple of weeks and came across a listing for Greater Chicago Motors. I gave them a call and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Casey. He gave me a info. about the car and guide...d me through the process (I'm a first-time car buyer). I also asked him if he could speak with my father since it's my first time (which may seem annoying to some), but he was more than willing. When we got to the store we met Sam the GM. As I was finishing the process with Casey, Sam took my father out for a ride around the block in a Porsche and made his day. Doubt we will ever purchase one, but I thought that was pretty nice of him. Overall, I got a pretty good price in comparison to other dealerships, the guys who work there were great and the process went smoothly. Can't ask for much more. Thanks! Show more

If you're considering purchasing a vehicle, From start to finish, the experiance of purchasing a car from Greater Chicago Motors was excellant. I bought a 2007 Z06 Corvette and let me tell you that the car was as in show room condition when I saw it as portrayed in the photos. Every one from t...he owner (Sam), Casey (service manager)and Mark Reed (my salesman) welcomed me and made me feel comforatable and right at home. I've shopped around for over a year and found their pricing to be very fair and honest. everything from the test drive to the finacing went quick, efficient and proffesionally. Their finance rates were great and the paperwork process went very qick. The finace manager (Chad Madani) was freindly and very nice to deal with. Their warranty plan was great for the price. Mark Reed was a fantastic salesman and very friendly. He and Casey were very paitient with me as I have to cancel twice before I made it in to see the car. They asked for a credit card to hold the car and never ran anycharges on it even though 2 other buyers were interested in the vehicle. They even delivered the vehicle right to my house free of charge even though I lived over 50 miles away!! All in all they've helped me to fullfill my life's dream of owning a beautiful Corvette. DOESN'T GET BETTER THAN THIS! Just purchased my second car from these guys and honestly, I couldn't be more pleased. Eight months ago I bought a 2009 BMW 3 series from Greater Chicago Motors. Car was priced 2,000 less than other dealerships online, clean CarFax, fully loaded AND the car's conditi...on was immaculate. I couldn't ask for more. At first I thought maybe the car I was purchasing just happened to be a good deal but after viewing the rest of their inventory it was clear that offering VERY competitive prices on cars with extremely pristine conditions is just the nature of their business. It simply comes down to a very professional and hard working ownership. This became more apparent after meeting Sam, the owner, who walked with me through every step of the purchasing process. When you find a thorough group of straight shooters that make you feel like you're buying from a friend, you have to stick with them. That's why I've even brought my car back for regular maintenance at their auto service shop and I just went back to buy a second car for my wife. 2010 Mercedes C-Class and honestly, I couldn't be more satisfied. (I even checked online to compare prices and these guys STILL killed it on the price!!!!) Thanks again guys and I'll definitely see you again soon! Show more
