I purchased a used Volkswagen GTI from Greater Chicago Motors and had a very pleasant experience working with Maciej. They list cars at reasonable prices and so there's not a lot of haggling or pressure involved in the sale. You show up, you drive the car, and if you like it, you buy it. Even though... I was buying one of the cheapest cars they sold, they were very helpful and even sent someone with me so I could get my new car home along with the one I'd driven in with. Show more

Just bought a 2005 BMW a few weeks ago, love the car and was certainly as advertised. Appreciated the professionalism of Nick and the candor regarding the car's condition and price. When I arrived I was impressed with the faciltiy and other personel. A nice suprise was the oil change and brake pad r...eplacement that was included. Only disappointment was the length of time it took to complete the transaction that was primarily due to the additional service provided, wish that could have been completed prior to my arrival. The dealer has been very helpful in responding to my every request. There was a couple of small issues with the car such as a faulty key but they soon put right any issues or concerns I had. If you are buying a used car you wont go wrong with these guys

After searching online and visiting numerous dealers we found Greater Chicago Motors online. We were very comfortable working with Nick. He was professional, knowledgeable, and low pressure which we responded to. He answered all of our questions with thoroughness, and was more focused on assistin...g in meeting our needs than in just selling a car. The car that we bought - 2009 Hyundai Genesis - was in perfect condition. Maceij Musial in the finance department was friendly & professional and was able to get us an excellent interest rate. We plan to be repeat customers and will definitely recommend Nick to our neighbors and friends. Chicago has a real gem in Greater Chicago Motors!!! Show more

I found my vehicle online because the price was so reasonable. Nick was very upfront with me on every aspect of the vehicle and purchase process. When I arrived at the dealership after a 3 hour drive the vehicle was in just as good of shape as Nick had told me. Through the entire process everyone... was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. I purchased a Chevrolet pickup and felt that my business was just as valuable to them as if I had been buying a brand new Audi. Nick and the finance department were also very helpful in giving me a competitive interest rate and payment terms for the loan portion of my purchase. There was a slight hiccup toward the end of the process that was rectified immediately. From start to finish, buying from Greater Chicago Motors was a very pleasant experience and I would refer anyone to them in the future. Show more

Unfortunately, used car salesmen carry a well-known negative reputation. Fortunately for Greater Chicago Motors, Casey and his team (Maceij Musial and others) represent how the car buying process should go. They bent over backward to make the process smooth and worry-free. Casey and Maceij ensured... that all issues were covered, most of which I learned about through their experience and education in the industry. No tricks, no shady sales pitches, just consumate professionalism across the board . . . and Casey/Greater Chicago Motors have a customer for life as result. Show more

I wandered in asking about a car I had seen online and everyone was very helpful. Nick approached me on the service floor and immediately went to work finding the car and answering my questions. He worked very closely with me throughout the purchasing process helping me get an idea of my various f...inancing options through their dealership and making recommendations about a warranty. Having worked with other dealers who were pushy and aggressive, this was definitely a refreshing experience. Not only are the folks at Greater Chicago Motors nice people, but they have great prices. I shopped around a fair amount before buying my car from them and they had the most competitive prices. Show more

About 4 months ago, I decided I wanted to trade in my Audi and the vehicle I set my sites on was a Ranger Rover Sport. Being from the Canton OH area, I of course started my search here. I soon realized that used Range Rovers are very hard to find. I found a dealership in Canton that had my car! The ...price just wasn't right and the miles were a little too high. So I did what any determined buyer would do and broadened my search. I instantly found Greater Chicago Motors with my online search - due to their large selection of vehicles - all priced to sell. In addition, they had 40+ pictures of the vehicle posted so I really knew what I was getting shopping online. I worked with Casey & Nick and the service was wonderful. Nick put the details together the same day we chatted and by that very afternoon had presented me with a proposal to purchase my Audi and sell me the Range Rover. The offer was extremely fair. The vehicle was delivered to me in Indiana by Jose, who was also very courteous and professional. These three guys went out of their way to deliver the vehicle to me - polished up (okay a few rain drops), very quickly, and a great deal. Very impressed with the customer service and the professionalism. I would hands down recommend working with this dealership and will do so again in the future. Show more
