I was looking for a vehicle for the past 2 weeks, and had a horrible experience prior to visiting this dealership. When looking online I found the vehicle that I have been looking for and called to find out more information about it. Barry answered the phone and was able to help me greatly!! Fir...st off I called (I was a little worried since I had horrible experience prior to this) and Barry was able to answer every question I had over the phone, and had the car washed and waxed before I arrived (all dealerships should do this before customers arrive, but most don't). When I arrived the car looked brand new inside and out. I was worried about the engine, and popped the hood and the engine and inside compartments were EXTREMELY clean. Barry did not lie one bit about this car. He did inform me about the accident history on the car, but also noted how the previous owner took care of their car. Then Barry let me drive the car on the E-way to really push the engine. He let me put the car on a lift and let me inspect the car from underneath. The car was in great shape from head to toe, and inside and out. When calling Greater Chicago Motors, ask for Barry. This man will give you the best deal on whatever car is in their lot! Never have I ever had a better experience with a friendlier sales rep!! Show more

I called Barry on Saturday to discuss a vehicle seen online. Barry was courteous, professional, and prompt responding to my ALL of my questions. I was "shopping" so I changed my mind on vehicles several times, not once did I hear impatience or haste from Barry. We finally choose BMW and worked out a... deal over the phone. We picked the vehicle up Monday morning, the car was immaculate!!!!! Amazing working with Barry, Casey, Chad and best of all Richard the owner chauffeured us, talk about service. First of all my wife and I were shopping for weeks for a Audi Q7. When we finally made it to Greater Chicago motors we were floored at all the beautiful cars and trucks. Well cool but what really stood out to us was the non pressure from our outstanding salesman Mark! He showed us a couple of model... Q7's and when they didn't have the one we were looking for guess what. They found one just for us!! Who does that these days! Casey did an outstanding job with making sure we got the bang for our buck. My wife is very picky. She needed a couple of things done to the Audi. They actually came to my job to pick up the Q7 and gave me a BMW loaner vehicle!! To top it off I didn't even have to drive to the dealership to pick up my car they drove it back to me! Oh I forgot. They gave us an excellent deal for our trade in!!! Love this place. Will recommend it to all my friends and family! Satisfied customers. Edward and Rayna! Loving our 4.2!!! Show more

I am very pleased with the entire experience of buying from Greater Chicago Motors. It is clear they have a great eye for the cars they choose to bring in... always super-clean and with feaures/options that make them stand out from most dealers' inventory. Their pricing is spot-on too, as they put... their best numbers on display to save time and BS in negotiation. Just bought a used Mercedes SL 600 I worked with Casey and Chad over the phone. They helped deliver the vehicle to me. The vehicle was exactly as they described it. Very accommodating and easy to work with. I couldnt be happier. Love the Car. Will look to working with them again.

I flew in prepared to buy a MINI which my husband had found via Internet. Casey and Chad answered all questions, sent paperwork through email, and picked my son and me up at the airport. It was a pleasant experience. I love driving the car.
