I called Barry on Saturday to discuss a vehicle seen online. Barry was courteous, professional, and prompt responding to my ALL of my questions. I was "shopping" so I changed my mind on vehicles several times, not once did I hear impatience or haste from Barry. We finally choose BMW and worked out a... deal over the phone. We picked the vehicle up Monday morning, the car was immaculate!!!!! Amazing working with Barry, Casey, Chad and best of all Richard the owner chauffeured us, talk about service. First of all my wife and I were shopping for weeks for a Audi Q7. When we finally made it to Greater Chicago motors we were floored at all the beautiful cars and trucks. Well cool but what really stood out to us was the non pressure from our outstanding salesman Mark! He showed us a couple of model... Q7's and when they didn't have the one we were looking for guess what. They found one just for us!! Who does that these days! Casey did an outstanding job with making sure we got the bang for our buck. My wife is very picky. She needed a couple of things done to the Audi. They actually came to my job to pick up the Q7 and gave me a BMW loaner vehicle!! To top it off I didn't even have to drive to the dealership to pick up my car they drove it back to me! Oh I forgot. They gave us an excellent deal for our trade in!!! Love this place. Will recommend it to all my friends and family! Satisfied customers. Edward and Rayna! Loving our 4.2!!! Show more

Just bought a used Mercedes SL 600 I worked with Casey and Chad over the phone. They helped deliver the vehicle to me. The vehicle was exactly as they described it. Very accommodating and easy to work with. I couldnt be happier. Love the Car. Will look to working with them again.

I flew in prepared to buy a MINI which my husband had found via Internet. Casey and Chad answered all questions, sent paperwork through email, and picked my son and me up at the airport. It was a pleasant experience. I love driving the car.

Maciej was the gentleman my fianc?e was dealing with and once things for her could not work out, he created a solution for the problem. I purchased a used Volkswagen GTI from Greater Chicago Motors and had a very pleasant experience working with Maciej. They list cars at reasonable prices and so there's not a lot of haggling or pressure involved in the sale. You show up, you drive the car, and if you like it, you buy it. Even though... I was buying one of the cheapest cars they sold, they were very helpful and even sent someone with me so I could get my new car home along with the one I'd driven in with. Show more

Just bought a 2005 BMW a few weeks ago, love the car and was certainly as advertised. Appreciated the professionalism of Nick and the candor regarding the car's condition and price. When I arrived I was impressed with the faciltiy and other personel. A nice suprise was the oil change and brake pad r...eplacement that was included. Only disappointment was the length of time it took to complete the transaction that was primarily due to the additional service provided, wish that could have been completed prior to my arrival. The dealer has been very helpful in responding to my every request. There was a couple of small issues with the car such as a faulty key but they soon put right any issues or concerns I had. If you are buying a used car you wont go wrong with these guys
