I have purchased several cars in my life, but this was my best experience. Everyone was professional, kind and helpful. All of my questions and concerns were answered even when I asked more than once! Maciej (salesman) made the buying process easy and painless. Casey ( manager) dropped in to jus...t check that I was happy with my choice. The cars were really impecable; clean, dent free and had great pricing. First, this is my second time coming to the Chicago area to purchase an Infiniti. My first experience had me quite hesitant (at another dealership) as I had to fly in from Fargo, ND. Both times I have arrived later in the afternoon by plane. Greater Chicago Motors stepped up and had everything li...ned up before even leaving the comfort of home. Barry was in correspondence with me two days up until the day I flew out as well as kept in contact with me far after the deal had been closed. Barry had one of his colleagues pick me up during rush hour traffic leaving O'Hare. This was a genuinely appreciated gesture as before I had to fend for myself in an hour long taxi ride which caused me to save a small fortune in cab fare. Once at the dealership I only had a few brief moments to browse Greater Chicago Motors expansive selection of luxury and sport vehicles before I was sitting in the finance office, finishing the paperwork. Also, there was a slight hindrance due to a banking issue that the finance department was able to alleviate quite rapidly. To put it bluntly, this group made things happen and were more than gracious in accommodating each and every one of my needs. There is not one ill thing to be said about Barry or Greater Chicago Motors. As I was browsing the cars even the owner (whose name fleets my mind), came out and personally introduced himself. As soon as I am in the market for another Infiniti or luxury/sport vehicle, Greater Chicago Motors will be one of the first places I turn to. I purchased a used BMW X5 from Greater Chicago motors and was very pleased with the entire experience. Due to the rush-hour Chicago traffic, I arrived after the business had already closed their doors on a Friday evening, and they were waiting patiently for me to manage the transaction. They stayed ...until 8:30pm (2 1/2 hours after close) to ensure that all went well with the transaction. Everyone was very pleasant and professional and no one acted as though they were in a hurry to get home that Friday evening (though I'm sure they were)...they just worked diligently & professionally to ensure that each and every detail was properly tended to. Maciej Musial and Casey Dobczyk were exceedingly professional and followed through with every commitment that was given. I would highly recommend doing business with Greater Chicago Motors, as I have never had a better experience in a vehicle purchase. Show more

Everyone who are in the market of buying a vehicle to buy from Greater Chicago Motors because it was an experienced of a lifetime. I was very impressed with financing options and to be honest I do not have a great credit but still I was able to buy ZO6 atomic orange thanks to Casey D. Casey D is a... man of his words because I was having second thoughts buying the vette Zo6 after I was approved cause I didn't mention it to my wife and Casey said "talk with your wife and if you changed your mind I will personally deliver the car to your house" which he did. First off Im a returning customer purchased a 750li...14 months ago, nothing ever went wrong with my car I actually just decided to down size, returned and KC helped me find a luxury sports car color of my choise White exterior with black interior Mercedes E350 AMG sports package beautiful car th...e service at this place is great not at all breathing down your back easy to deal with and returned all my calls till end, my son also purchased his 1st car here an Audi very clean sharp looking car a week before I received mine. I was looking for a vehicle for the past 2 weeks, and had a horrible experience prior to visiting this dealership. When looking online I found the vehicle that I have been looking for and called to find out more information about it. Barry answered the phone and was able to help me greatly!! Fir...st off I called (I was a little worried since I had horrible experience prior to this) and Barry was able to answer every question I had over the phone, and had the car washed and waxed before I arrived (all dealerships should do this before customers arrive, but most don't). When I arrived the car looked brand new inside and out. I was worried about the engine, and popped the hood and the engine and inside compartments were EXTREMELY clean. Barry did not lie one bit about this car. He did inform me about the accident history on the car, but also noted how the previous owner took care of their car. Then Barry let me drive the car on the E-way to really push the engine. He let me put the car on a lift and let me inspect the car from underneath. The car was in great shape from head to toe, and inside and out. When calling Greater Chicago Motors, ask for Barry. This man will give you the best deal on whatever car is in their lot! Never have I ever had a better experience with a friendlier sales rep!! Show more
