I found the car at Greater Chicago Motors, advertised through the cars.com website. I originally dealt with Barry Delisi, who was very pleasant and informative on the phone about the car I was looking into. The day that I wanted to see the car in person, it was Barry's day off. So, I ended up finish...ing the purchase through Casey Dobczyk, the store's Sales Manager. We ran into a problem with the original key fob, which was damaged before the initial delivery. Casey and Barry made sure that replacements were ordered and sent to me within 2 weeks. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I did not feel rushed or pressured buying from this dealership. I would not hesitate on recommending them to other potential buyers. Show more

Buying a car is usually not a pleasant experience. Not so at Greater Chicgo Motors. My salesperson, Barry, was both professional and helpful. He worked with me to find the right car at the right price. It truly was a pleasurable experience. Barry even drove with me to my condo to insure that th...e XJL would fit in my parking place! Great people and quality automobiles! Flew in from NC and the car was exactly the way Barry described it. Barry was personable and made sure I bought the right car. Also spoke with Casey the general manager, he was great in welcoming us and assisting in anything we needed. Even met the owner Sam and... he personally drove us to sign final paperwork. Me and my friend visited greater chicago and bought a Mercedes Benz ml 350 from them. Barry was the one who sold the car to us. He was being really friendly and helpful. He gave us a great deal too :) I bought a bmw x5 a year ago from greater chicago, it was a wonderful experience too, and that's y... I brought my friend to them. Barry was OUTSTANDING! He was available to answer questions but let me alone to go over the car "with a fine tooth comb". I was able to test drive on my own as well. He even delivered the car to my house! Awesome customer service!

We had the best car buying experience we have ever had when shopping with Greater Chicago Motors. We drove in from 3 hours away so I was pleased when Maciej followed up with me the day before we came to make sure that we were still coming and to let me know they still had the vehicles we were inter...ested in. We test drove three vehicles and each was detailed prior to us driving them. There was no pressure what so ever and we were simply allowed to take the vehicle and go. We personally don't like having a sales men ride with us during the test drive, so this gesture was appreciated. The price on the Mercedes GL450 4Matic that we bought was such a great price that I didn't expect to get them down much. Nonetheless, they did negotiate on the price a lit bit which was nice since it was so low already. We had to go to the Bentley dealership for the finance piece of the deal and had one of the best experiences with our driver (I wish we could remember his name but he was very funny and courteous - opening the door for my wife). While we were gone, the guys detailed the vehicle again including a full wax to make sure our new Benz was pristine for the ride home. Overall, these guys are fantastic and every single person we met was personable and real. There is absolutely no sleezy car dealership type stuff going on here. We will be back when I am ready to get my drop top M6 (with the 6 speed manual) in just over a year. Thanks Greater Chicago Motors! Show more

Barry and Sam are fantastic to deal with. Completely dedicated to the customer experience. They are overly helpful before and after the sale. The transaction was the fast and simple and since buying the car a couple of weeks ago they have lived up to their word. This was a way better experience ...than dealing with Perrilo or Fields BMW.
