Great service and great experience. We had been searching for Porsche Cayenne with a few customize features (black rims, turbo, etc) for a number of months. After finding the exact car we were looking for, I stopped by Greater Chicago Motors for a test drive. I was greeted by Maciej who was a Por...sche expert (10 years at a Porsche dealer). In addition to being an awesome resource, he was friendly and really accommodating in showing us all the features. Considering all the custom features the vehicle offered, the price was awesome compared to our search over the past 6 months. While the 22" wheels may not be perfect for winter driving in Chicago, they offered an additional set of winter rims / tires at no cost. They even offered to do a few small custom features my wife was looking for. All in, the indoor lot is awesome, the selection of cars is terrific and the friendly, knowledgable service from Maciej (and the manager Barry) makes this a highly recommended dealership. We will definitely be back and be thrilled to refer our friends to Maciej and Barry at Greater Chicago Motors. It is a great to receive such terrific service. Show more

This is a awesome dealership the guys there treat the customers like family their just wonderful people to do business with.!and if there is something promised for auto they go out of their way to keep that promise I am proof.

I purchased a dodge viper at Greater Chicago and received EXCELLENT service from Demetri. I purchased this car online and it took a lot of texts and phone calls and Demetri went out of his way to ensure I received prompt responses to all my questions during the Holiday Season. I was a little lea...ry purchasing a car online but Demetri made me feel at ease and the description and overall overview of the car was spot on. Greater Chicago Motors has a lot of nice high end low mileage cars and they know how to take care of their customers. I highly recommend them. Show more

I highly recommend the Greater Chicago Motors. This was my first Internet purchase and I am very impressed with the level of customer service Greater Chicago Motors provided. Sales Manager Barry and Salesman Demetri assisted me in making my purchase. Phone calls and email were quickly responded t...o and questions were answered. Both were professional and attentive to my needs. The paperwork transactions were handled properly and in a timely manner and my Audi Q5 arrived as pictured and described. My experience at Greater Chicago Motors was great. The GM and salesman greeted me upon arrival and the vehicle was ready for test drive. The vehicle was spray waxed before I left.

Maciej responded to my email within 20 minutes of sending over an interest by phone. We were able to communicate between each other over email until we came up with a great deal. The internet pricing was very competitive. Once an agreement was met I scheduled a flight, and Maciej personaly picked me... up from the airport, and even brought me a grat cup of coffee. The conversation back to the dealer was very friendly and relaxed. This was not a hard sell. It was easy to see that he emjoyed working for this dealer. Upon arrival at the dealer, the location, and the warehouse are impressive. It gave a great city high end experience. If I wouldn't have purchased this car, there were easily 10 - 20 more amazing choices at this location. It was like going to a car show. I financed the vehicle, and the process was flawless. Paperwork was done without hassle, and it tok less than 20 minutes to get everything completed. We parted wasy, they handed me the keys and I was off with a new vehicle(to me). I have allready recommended this dealership and Maciej to my friends. I am certain I'll look her first in the future. Show more

I had an exceptional experience at this dealership and worked with Barry to get a Mercedes Benz. He went out of his way to stay late and go over the car, let me take it for a test drive, work out the numbers and with Casey they spent the weekend shopping for a great interest rate and finance terms f...or me. He was professional, courteous and friendly. The sale went smoother than any other purchase I've made and I would highly recommend Barry to anyone who wants a great experience buying a luxury car at a great price in a relaxing environment.
